Duties & Responsibilities


  • Creative Direction by developing and communicating a clear creative vision and strategy that aligns with the company's brand and objectives

  • Design and Execution: Provide guidance and feedback on design concepts, copywriting, and visual elements to ensure they effectively communicate the desired message and meet the project objectives.

  • Making Industry Research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continuously improve and innovate the company's creative output.

  • Project Management by overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and art directors, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

  • Ensure the creative work consistently reflects the company's brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines across various channels and touch points.

  • Have a natural eye for design with proven skills in telling dynamic stories through a creative lens.

  • Work with the company and its clients as the creative lead to produce diverse marketing collaterals for traditional and digital marketing projects.

  • Offer strategic vision, plan, and execution of client brief for all stakeholders.

  • Spearhead and manage content strategy, brand design and technology internally and externally.

  • Oversee and manage quality of content produced in the studio as well as on site.

  • Prepare and present projects details, proposals, client pitches and budgets to our clients.

  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop innovative creative projects.

  • Supervise and cultivate career development for the junior team.

  • Ensure work is delivered with the highest levels of creativity and production value while ensuring it meets and exceeds industry standards.

  • Conduct upper-level client meetings with clients to explain the creative campaign processes and proposal.

  • Work closely with the marketing and business development head to develop creative strategies.

  • Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image a company ideals.

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide creative insights, and present design solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Assess the effectiveness of creative campaigns and initiatives, analyze data and metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.


Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's  degree in design, fine arts, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in a creative leadership role.

  • Proven  track record of leading and managing a team of creative professionals, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-quality creative work.

  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs and experiences.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiarity with multimedia tools.

  • Excellent  communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and      sell creative concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage  multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring all creative materials are visually appealing, error-free, and consistent with brand standards.

  • A  passion for staying up to date with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.
